And this is. . .what? Russian or South Korean? 1940s or 1950s or 1930s? I’m not surprised that any military has its odd dances, especially if it’s derived from a traditional folk dance. I’m just curious as to what it is, not why.
I believe it to be Russians from the 1930s, but I really don’t know for sure.
