So, one week from right now I will either be in the air over the Pacific, or growing incredibly annoyed at the lateness of my flight.
Five days from right now I will have exactly one more class to teach in this country before departure, and I peg that student as 50% likely to just skip her last class.
Two days from right now I will have just sent the majority of my luggage off to the airport in advance–there’s quite a bit, and the japanese transit system is not designed for people with more than hand luggage.
I can’t wait.
