technical support

Ok, here’s how it is. I have a set of about 400 contacts, which I keep in my Palm Pilot. I want to take the 100 I use most often and put them into the phone, without having to type each one in on the keypad. The phone I have is the Nokia 3560.

Unfortunately, the phone comes with no simple or direct way to connect it to my Palm or my computer. So I can’t send them through, for example, a data cable or an infrared port. However, the phone does support email and the vCard format.

Do you know how to set up an email send to the phone, such that when the phone receives the email, instead of saying “this is an email; better display it as such”, it says “this is a set of vcards! I’d better put them in the contact list!”

Also, do you know if I can buy a faceplate that will trun the keypad into something a little more normal, with buttons that aren’t connected to each other? This would be nice, as I have thick thumbs, and pressing two buttons at once when you intend to use only one is not very nice.
