One of my friends just said the funniest thing: “Half my words are fuck and damn. and It’s funcking good that way, damnit.”
It’s great. We love to rip on this guy for being an idiot, but he’s really not. He may not be particularly verbally expressive, but he’s not stupid. At the very least, he’s a competent student. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be at this university; the selection boards aren’t particularly forgiving of idiocy.
It’s funny how in certain settings, like this group of my friends, a person who is probably smarter than the average human being can be made fun of (in a spirit of fun, which he understands and reciprocates) for being unintelligent.
At least, I think it’s funny. And this jorunal is all about what I think…
